Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Australia Post collects from us every other day.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates only and can be affected by factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

• Flat rate shipping: $12 per order.

• Free shipping on orders $150 and over.

Delivery Requirements (Alcohol)
By law, wine cannot be left unattended. An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for delivery. We recommend providing a daytime business address, parcel locker, or PO Box to avoid delays.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with your order details and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with Australia Post or the courier to resolve the issue.

Delivery Addresses
We ship to any valid Australian address, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Providing a business address during business hours is often the most reliable option.
