We stand by the quality of every bottle.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace or refund it straight away.

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to sort out the best option (refund, credit, or exchange). Return shipping for change-of-mind is a flat $12.

Open bottles can’t be returned unless there’s a clear defect.

How long will my order take?

We dispatch within 2–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.

How much is shipping?

  • Flat rate of $12 per order.
  • Free shipping on orders of $150 or more.

Do I need to be home to receive my wine?

Yes — by law, alcohol cannot be left unattended. An adult (18+) must sign for the delivery. For convenience, we recommend a daytime business address, PO Box, or Parcel Locker.

Do you deliver everywhere in Australia?

Yes, we deliver to all valid Australian addresses, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

What if my order is damaged or lost?

Contact us within 7 days if your wine arrives damaged, and we’ll replace or refund. If your order is lost, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
